What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, modifying, troubleshooting, monitoring a wide variety of PLC's and panel views as well as providing technical support to production personnel.

We make safety and a great quality of work by driving our safety initiatives and will seek the candidate with talent and an eye for detail. You will enjoy working in a great manufacturing plant to
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electronic motor drive systems
Interpret and create schematics using CAD systems
Lead new projects for new lines, upgrades, or improvements

Ultimately, you will train and develop our mechanics and help us to achieve maximum efficiency at the lowest manufacturing cost and therefore you will be vitally important to the company as a whole.

Hourly salary is hourly and DOE: $25.00-$30.55

What You Need for this Position

  • 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent technical experience

  • 8+ years of Industrial experience

  • Ability to stick weld and use cutting torch

  • Proficient skills using software such as Logic 500, 5000, Factory Talk, Acad, Solidworks, etc.

  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel

  • Knowledge of 480v Electrical Power Distribution Systems and extrusion and conversion processes

-Certified forklift operator, or ability to obtain certification

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime

  • Willingness to be on- call

about 9+ years experience and knowledge of:

  • Allen Bradley

  • AutoCAD

  • Machine Maintenance

  • PLC

  • Industrial

  • Troubleshooting

Repairs and maintains facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, and humidification).Paints and performs minor repairs of building interior and exterior including masonry, wallboard, ceiling tiles, woodwork, etc. Uses rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments accurately.
