Go Configure is seeking independent contractors to partner with us fulfilling in-home delivery and assembly services for our big-name clients such as Nautilus Fitness, The Home Depot, ArcBest, Amazon, Sams Club and more.

Are you good with your hands and enjoy building things? Are you capable of building items like fitness equipment, furniture, grills, playsets, resin sheds, pergolas and similar products? If you prefer building, instead of finding customers and chasing payments, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Requirements

  • Must have an adequately insured vehicle (some increased limitations) capable of transporting large items such as fitness equipment

  • Must own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build fitness equipment furniture, grills, and similar products

  • Previous experience with similar products is preferred, but not required

  • Committed to providing exceptional customer service

  • Some jobs require two people, so youll need a reliable helper

One Truckstop, One Culture, One Team Truckstop.com is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the strategic direction and delivery of our Rates Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing the right data to our customers to run and grow their business. The Rates Product Manager will be working directly with our customers to understand needs and create the right solutions. This position is extremely collaborative with the other Product Managers. Knowledge of the product development life cycle is vital to this role. Knowledge and expertise with spot and/or contract freight pricing is required as well as ownership of the data. The Rates Product Manager will also represent truckstop.com at an industry level. This position is part of the truckstop.com Product Organization under the Chief Technology Officer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Strategize initiatives with the Product Marketing team for growth of the Rates Platform * Work cross-functionally with the Data Science, Marketing & Development teams * Create data actionable for customers * Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product feature roadmaps that are aligned with the company and product strategy * Work with Director of Product Strategy on pricing strategy as new product roll-out to ensure a cohesive approach * Transportation Pricing Expertise * Be the spot and contract freight pricing subject matter expert, which includes working with Marketing on blogs, content, presentations and industry and customer engagements * Provide expert spot and contract freight pricing analysis and trend information to internal stakeholders and external audiences * Experience and knowledge on how external business cycles, seasonality, and weather impact the transportation industry and rates/pricing. * Experience and knowledge on how macroeconomic factors such as global imports, crude oil prices, infrastructure investment, labor unions, government trade deals, etc. impact the transportation industry and rates/pricing. * Work with Chief Economist to develop and maintain data models and schemas * Collect and prioritize product data by conducting customer interviews * Gather and analyze data other solutions and determine where to compete effectively and present recommendations * Plan product roll outs with clear guidelines and documentation supporting product releases * Oversee the product line's life cycle and anticipate any problems and communicate those to the team and organization/customer if needed * Manage product metrics that will be clearly defined with new product lines * Oversee the planning and delivery of product releases across multiple teams * Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with Development and Product Marketing * Connect and raise awareness around your team's product through active and ongoing communication with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment Education, Experience, Capability Requirements: * Degree(s) in the field of Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain/ Logistics and/ or Technology from an accredited institution; or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. * Deep Truckload Freight, Transportation and Logistics industry experience required specifically experience in pricing and pricing solutions. * Background and knowledge in operations and/or product management. * Passion for building innovative products that solve user needs through empathy and a deep understanding of the customer. * Knowledge regarding Product requirements analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, sales, financial analysis, strategy and product lifecycle management. * Demonstrated success defining and launching products with a customer focus mindset that deliver value and anticipate customer needs * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience, including Executives. * Demonstrated success in problem-solving aptitude and creative thinking. * Leadership/people management skills including ability to influence and gain the confidence and commitment of staff; leads by example. * Innovative by nature, anticipates the future and designs relevant strategies. * Decisive and action oriented; demonstrates commercial acumen and makes good business decisions often with limited data, that will work for the Employees, Our Customers and ultimately delivers shareholder value. * Optimistic and able to identify opportunities even within difficult situations. * Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. * Able to develop relationships across geographic boundaries and time zones with customers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * Exceptional at engaging and developing teams towards a common purpose, growing talent mindshare, and elevating staff to exceed personal and professional goals. * Challenges status quo thinking, demands and drives continuous improvement.
