What does a Player Service Representative do?

• Ensures players receive exemplary guest service when explaining, instructing, and assisting guests with the fundamentals of TS Reward Card accounts and complimentary.

• Efficiently and accurately create and maintain TS Rewards Loyalty Card accounts as needed.

• Provide thorough and concise when checking guest accounts for points and complimentary offer availability.

To be successful as a Player Service Representative, you'll need:

• To possess computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

• A high school diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent experience is required.

• Previous experience in a guest contact position (preferred).
