The Player Loyalty Manager ensures that all Players Club customers are served in an efficient and timely manner and also oversees the operation and function of the Players Club Department. The Player Loyalty Manager is responsible for ensuring the comforts of preferred players in addition to scheduling, supervising, directing, training, and developing staff.
This employee must have knowledge of and ensure adherence to department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations. Essential Duties* The Player Loyalty Manager provides the ultimate guest service experience. * Interacts with other leaders of departments in all phases of planning events.* Responsible for the hiring, terminating, scheduling, supervision, directing, training, developing, and disciplining of Players Club personnel in all aspects of the operation. * Ensures adequate staffing levels are met depending on business needs and maintains a safe and orderly work environment.* Responds to guest correspondence and resolves guest issues. * Serves as the department representative at all marketing functions is responsible for reporting results of events, parties, and tournaments to Director of Slots. * Responsible for updating policies and procedures as well as ensuring adherence and compliance with all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations. * Performs other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsPhysical and Mental: * Must possess the ability communicate in English (orally and written) and possess the ability to formulate and communicate ideas.* Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask without missing deadlines. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. * Requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, and hear for extended periods of time, and have the ability to lift twelve (12) lbs. * Should have a persuasive demeanor. Work and Educational: * Must possess an Associates of Arts degree in related field of study. * Requires six (6) years of casino experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. * Must be congenial, have a familiarity with the locality and be a team player. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment. * Must be a minimum 18 years old and must be able to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the NY State Gaming regulations.
