Under the direction of the Vice President of Player Development and Casino Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for the successful overall direction and management of all activities related to customer development and the maintenance of the casino customer base. Responsible for achieving established annual goals regarding the following: total theoretical revenue and profit, total actual revenue and profit, and new/reactivated player quotas.
Must make 500 outbound sales calls per month. High School diploma or GED as well as two (2) to five (5) years of marketing experience in a casino industry required. Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Frequent use of CAMs. Responsible for issuing comps. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Must possess strong communication skills to include written and oral presentations to both large and small groups. Provides a great customer experience by providing high quality products and services consistently. Due to the nature of the business, must be able to work flexible hours as dictated by business needs.
