We work with classroom teachers, school leaders and district executives to ensure engaging, affirming and meaningful grade-level instruction, so that we eliminate the predictability of student outcomes by race and socioeconomic status. We are seeking a Platform Operations Coordinator.

Requirements

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Platform Operations Coordinator at CORE Digital plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations and the successful implementation of our solutions in educational institutions. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a deep understanding of school systems and their needs, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.

UnboundEd is a virtual organization and this employee can be based anywhere in the United States. UnboundEd has core business hours where we expect all staff to be available from 9 am to 5 pm local time  and 20% travel is required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate implementation processes, working closely with sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • Understand the specific requirements of each school through comprehensive needs assessments.
  • Manage implementation schedules efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to school operations.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the implementation process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during scheduling of implementation, providing support and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, guiding them through the registration process and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of implementation activities and progress reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the implementation workflow.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales implementation, preferably within the education sector or EdTech industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of educational systems and technology integration in schools.

STRONGEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

  • Experience working directly with educational institutions, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating implementation processes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

UnboundEd offers competitive salaries commensurate with experience and education and a generous benefits package that includes take-as-you-need vacation time, group medical, dental and vision plans, disability and life insurance plans, and an employer-sponsored 401K retirement plan with a 5% employer contribution and no vesting period or salary cap. This is an exempt full-time position with additional bonus earning potential.  A yearly compensation offer is based on relevant years of experience in relation to the position and will be in the range of $65,000-$85,000 USD.
