BlackRock seeks a digital marketing data and analytics platform expert motivated by moving a forward-looking organization ahead with best-in-class analytics, personalization and measurement capabilities. This role will sit within the Global Digital Marketing team and foster relationships with colleagues across the globe to spark innovation and create scale in our large global organization.
This role will be a mix of strategy, hands-on platform work, and success management. The candidate will help continue BlackRock's digital marketing transformation by developing and acting on a strategic roadmap; being responsible for the customer success of marketing data and analytics platforms; and connecting the dots across initiatives and teams to create consistency, scale and best-in-class capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a record of solution-oriented collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
Strategy: Develop a strategic roadmap for BlackRock's digital analytics capabilities, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tealium iQ, Tealium AudienceStream, LiveRamp and additional future complementary platforms.
Platform Management: Collaborate with internal technology teams, vendors, marketers and data analysts to develop scalable data platforms that tie back to business goals, build our intelligence about our users and maximize our software investments.
Adoption: Act as an internal "customer success" manager by evangelizing capabilities and leading training and education programs to drive adoption and increased sophistication.
Process: Create or rethink processes across the organization to ensure excellence in operations, support and governance.
Partnership: Build inclusive relationships across teams to help create innovative solutions for our partners in digital product, media and insights.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of digital analytics experience supporting marketing organizations
Expert-level experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst), Adobe Target (Test and Target) and tag management systems (we use Tealium iQ)
Experience working with customer data solutions, such as a CDP or other unifying data platform (we use a combination of in-house solutions and Tealium AudienceStream)
Demonstrable previous experience collaborating with marketing orchestration teams (we use Eloqua) and media teams to create connected customer journeys
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build warm relationships, trust and consensus while yielding progress
An organized, calm approach with the ability to quickly create structure out of ambiguity
Experience with GDPR and other privacy-by-design initiatives within a large regulated organization
