Job Description:

Take on direct operational management of a fast-growing product. Manage Prepaid's Live Customer Service vendor relationship, provide daily operational support for Prepaid's processing platform and support development and commercialization of product enhancements focused on driving cardholder efficiency.

Key Activities

  • Manage the Live Customer Service call center vendor for the Line of Business. Responsibilities include: managing vendor to contracted SLAs, continual focus on process efficiency and simplification, new program launches, day-to-day operational management and reporting, and working with Enterprise Vendor Manager on compliance items

  • Become the subject matter expert of omnichannel cardholder servicing (including IVR/Live Rep/Website/Mobile App), managing all channels to ensure consistency and promotion of self-servicing

  • Manage operations of the servicing & reporting applications (internal and external)

  • Identify and manage projects that drive operational efficiencies with our vendors we well as Clients and Cardholders

  • Form positive business relationships with business partners across organization: Product, Product Sales Specialists, Compliance, Legal, Implementations and Service, and Account Management

REQUIRED SKILLS

An ideal Prepaid Card Platform Manager will possess:

  • Passion for solving problems and ensuring great experiences for clients and cardholders

  • Knowledge of payments (particularly debit, prepaid and mobile) and interest in corporate client treasury operations

  • Strong organization and project management skills

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Experience managing vendors

  • Innovator

  • Self-starter

  • Strong communication and writing skills

  • High emotional intelligence to build natural working relationships with internal partners

  • Undergraduate degree

Summary The Platform Manager role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. Using both business and technical skills, the platform manager works directly with customers to identify business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow technical solution proposal development. The platform manager will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of business applications systems investments. Additionally, project manager works with the sales team to develop and close services projects and maintains customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of on-going support. Responsibilities: * Coordinates project tasks with designated project team * Directs the project according to schedules and budgets * Helps determine resource requirements * Facilitates issue resolution and keeps the project moving within defined plan parameters * Keeps the project plan current and communicates with upper management * Provides strategic, expert advice and consultation on the design and implementation of effective administrative and business processes, that include process analysis, redesign, re-engineering, and organizational effectiveness * Ensure completion of deliverable * Adherence to timelines * Track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary work flow, personnel and financial resource allocations * Making alterations when necessary to meet expectations of clients * Analyze and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize performance and/or ability to meet agreed upon deliverable * Timely communication of project status to both clients and executive management Qualifications: * BA or BS in Computer Science or related field * PMP Certification preferred * Strong project management background, proven success in delivering projects on time, on budget and in scope * 4+ years' experience in information systems development or implementation with progressively more complex responsibilities and accountabilities. * Successful track record of delivering on agreed-upon business objectives and performance on key metrics. * Ability to effectively document business and technical designs * Experience with Network Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cloud Hosting, and Security Services a plus This position is based in our New York City headquarters office.
