Explore a career opportunity in the Platform Support Team! This Platform Integration Process Engineer will collaborate with internal and external groups on the transfer and development of the platform technologies at SkyWater. Will support integration activities on SkyWater's 90nm Platform technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on process module development, process margin improvement, and process control

• Work with process & tool engineers to develop process enhancement for new device features

• Use Structured Problem Solving techniques to resolve technology issues

• Drive technology development qualification plans

• Define and implement process experiments for development and module characterization

• Analyze and report results of process module experiments to the team.

• Submit wafers for failure analysis and process characterization

• Actively support the qualification milestones for platform technologies and features.

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics or other relevant discipline.

• 5+ years knowledge of semiconductor process/fabrication

• Demonstrated working effectively as a team member with people from other groups

• Prior experience extracting, organizing and analyzing data (both electrical and physical)

• Familiar with statistical analysis tools, DOEs, and SPC

• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical data and results to program leaders and managers

• Self-motivated with a drive to solve problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics or other relevant discipline.

• Process module development experience is a plus

• History of authored technical publications and/or patents and inventions.

US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.
