We have an immediate opening for a Digital Technology Platform Engineer. This position can be located at our new company headquarters in Allentown, PA or can be available to those working remotely in the US.

What you'll do:

• Ability to design the implementation and maintenance of complex hosting systems and coordinate maintenance activities with other teams and users to produce least impact solutions.

• Build and reviews of workflows for consistency and opportunities for improvement in resilience and performance.

• Support our organization's transition to Infrastructure as Code methodology.

• Participate in small and medium sized projects from analysis through implementation to ensure all aspects of the technology plan are completed.

• Debug, research, or investigate issues in development and production environments.

• Build technical designs for platform development following best practices that leverage our architecture standards.

• Integrate tools and systems via API

• Analyze new technologies and recommend inclusion in the roadmap based on customer requirements.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24x7 application support, incident management, and troubleshooting Skills/Experience.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required.

• 3+ years Information/Digital Technology experience, supporting a highly available, large scale production environment; preferably coming from an Infrastructure background.

• Proven experience administering and managing hosting solutions such as Workload Automation, Microsoft Orchestrator, and Citrix DaaS.

• Experience automating tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python

• Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code automation tools such as Terraform, Cloud formation.

• A positive attitude, strong analytic skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams and world-wide peers collaboratively.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

• Preferred AWS/Azure Solution Architect certified.

The expected pay range for this job varies based on location. In California, the expected pay range is $99,850-$134,200 plus bonus. This is the pay range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
