Platform Delivery Manager - Scrum Master

As a Platform Delivery Manager, you will help manage platform development and coordinate delivery processes with all internal partners. You'll also expand and maintain our departmental tools and create new processes to support our evolving needs. You'll work a hybrid 2 day in-office schedule at our Richmond, VA Headquarters reporting to the Director of Business Analysis and Delivery.

What you do:

• Executes Corporate Agile methodology.

• Creates project/sprint plans, release trackers, and Kanban boards for platform development.

• Protects development team from outside interruptions and distractions and clears obstacles when they arise.

• Establishes positive working environment where all team members and outside partners work together effectively and efficiently.

• Works with infrastructure team for deployment needs.

• Serves as communications coordinator for all parties involved and liaises with affected partners to ensure platform development remains on target and all parties are aware of changes.

• Executes a variety of department process functions related to internal controls, departmental reporting needs, and project/platform development workflows.

• Creates and updates platform development documentation, including release calendars and capacity and demand, and monitors and reports on project/sprint status to all partners.

• Leads meetings (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Communicate meeting notes, action plans, outcomes, and facilitation of follow up.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field required OR equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience.

• Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience managing technical projects, software product development, and process improvement projects in an Agile environment.

• Experience working in a cloud environment with an eCommerce platform is desirable.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation desirable.
