In this role you'll be overseeing daily activities of the platform customer service team responsible for international order flow. You will develop, lead and manage business processes in effort to achieve key performance goals of the business while enhancing overall customer satisfaction and compliance.
You'll have an opportunity to use your skills as an experienced supervisor to develop and lead a team of logistics professionals. You will be able to utilize your continuous improvement skills along with your knowledge of industry practices and regulations to drive process improvements on a wide range of complex logistical situations.
You should possess Minimum of 5 years of international business administration or Logistics and team leading experience, focused on a high level of customer service and team development.

People Management Provide direction and understanding of goals, assign tasks, check work, and maintain schedules. Develop a skilled, versatile and technical competent team in import, export and warehouse logistics.
Budgeting Assist manager with development of department budgets
Reporting Activities Define the key performance indicators for the department to support those of the global organization. Ensure KPI's are properly managed, reported and analyzed.
Rules, Regulations and Procedures Follow ISO policies and procedures that conform to corporate practice. Implement a safe work environment and ensure both company regulations and trade compliance regulations are properly implemented and followed.
Platform Management and Customer Relationships Use ERP system and business tools to develop and drive order processing flows and implement best practices to improve customer relationships
Order Management Enter international orders and process shipping documents such as invoices, hazardous declarations, customs filings, etc. Ensure communication is followed and maintain all necessary files.
Education and/or Experience Required:
International Business Administration Associates degree or related discipline
5 years of equivalent work experience in international order management, warehouse or Logistics with a focus on Exports
Bilingual English / Spanish
