Entegris is adding a Plastic Welder to the Chandler, AZ team. We are looking for a skilled Plastic Welder to cut and prepare plastic cabinets, enclosures and assemblies with a great detail of precision. Must be competent in using welding equipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will have a steady hand pay attention to details.

In this role you will:

• Prepare the manufacturing kits for welding of cabinets and enclosures.

• Read blueprints and drawings, prior to planning the layouts and procedures.

• Weld cabinets and/or enclosures in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead).

• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent;

• Manufacturing experience preferred;

• General CNC operator knowledge preferred;

• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures;

• Ability to read engineering drawings, and schematics;

• Good attention to detail; ability to perform basic math computations (fractions to decimals) and computer data entry;

• Ability to use measuring devices (including calipers) and other hand and power tools;

• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift;

• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward and handle all materials required in manufacturing, etc.
