Starting, installing, Changing, and setting up molds on plastic mold injection Machines Ensuring correct Plastic material, Melting Temperatures, Injection Speeds, and Pressures are correct Performing Adjustments as needed during production runs Preparing Drying Equipment and raw materials for production Conduct quality control on products Perform Maintenance and repairs on machines as needed Cover Machines for breaks Requirements Plastic Injection Molding Machine Setup, change over, operation, and troubleshooting Must have 3 years of experience in plastic Mold injection Tool and Dye Maintenance Hand and power tools Reading Machine and order Specifications Measured quality controls Ability to read blueprints Must have car and license in case need to return to work.
