Your precision in cutting, bending, and welding materials such as PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, and Teflon will be instrumental in bringing concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Fabrication: Utilize your expertise to fabricate and assemble various plastic components with accuracy, employing techniques such as cutting, welding, and bending.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Skillfully read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create high-quality products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers to ensure seamless translation of concepts into functional products.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of workshop equipment while upholding strict safety standards.
• Problem-Solving: Engage in proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting to meet precise project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated proficiency in welding PVC, polypropylene, and Teflon.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in hot air welding techniques and a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools such as drills, routers, tape measures, and table saws.
• Travel: Openness to domestic travel as required.

Additional Skills Appreciated:

• Cabinet Making/Carpentry: Experience in these areas is a plus, enhancing your application.
