Your Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Plant Operations Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation and day-to-day management of our facility, which specializes in burners, flares, thermal oxidizers, vapor control systems, and biogas solutions.

What You Will Do

• Advance culture through the application of our Principled Based Management business philosophy

• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and transformation of the business

• Recruit, challenge, and develop the future leaders of the plant and company

• Possess a focused approach to achieving high levels of quality and customers satisfaction

• Provide leadership of the John Zink facility including people, processes, and equipment, and ensuring efficient and safe functioning.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for management and stakeholders.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience leading and managing direct reports including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and compensation and incentives.

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools/software.

• Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field

• Experience working in a large, complex business environment.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications
