Vanguard Resources, Inc., a facilities management company corporate headquartered in the beautiful Texas hill country area of Spring Branch, TX seeks to hire a Manager, Plant Operations & Maintenance for one of our client locations in Greenville, Texas.
This leadership role reports to and works collaboratively with the Vanguard Resources leadership team while also supporting the medical center leadership team.

Education, Training, and Minimum Qualifications Required
Assists in planning, organizing, directing and supervising assigned activities of the Facility functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utility systems and grounds of the facility in an operative and safe working condition.
Assists in administering and supervising the maintenance program to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the entire physical plant.
Monitoring all applications to ensure maximum effectiveness and provides appropriate documentation of same.
2 year college or technical school; facilities maintenance background in the industry and/or, military facilities background and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Healthcare experience is not required, but PREFERRED.
6 to 12 years' experience in engineering environment. Must be proficient in two or more engineering trades (HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, central plant operations, refrigeration, carpentry, electronics, waste water treatment, grounds/landscaping, painting, etc. or a Master or Licensed level of any trade).
3-5 years' experience with Managing/Supervising a staff of team members
Must successfully pass criminal background check.
Must complete and/or take all Hospital required health screenings and vaccines
