Qualifications

• Ability to read & comprehend all production and shipping related documents, and perform basic math equations.

• Basic mechanical aptitude. Hands on work ethic in a cross functional environment

• Need to have ability to operate, maintain & adjust various manufacturing equipment including but not limited to raw material dosing, mixer, machine/press, and pallet transport systems and strapping systems

• Ability to distinguish product colors and color blends.

• Responsible for ensuring that the products produced and packaged meet or exceed the company quality standards

• Assist with the general cleanliness and tidiness of the immediate working area and all other work areas as directed by plant supervisors

• Ability to stand, stoop, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Familiarity with industrial equipment & forklift experience a plus.

• We will provide job-specific training

What you need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Requires standing, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, maintain & adjust manufacturing equipment

• Team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic, and reliable and consistent attendance

• Night Shift Premium Pay

• 10% regular hourly rate, a minimum of $1.50 and a max of $3.00/hr.
