Plant Manager – Leadership Role in Manufacturing Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a 45-person manufacturing facility through a rapid production scale-up. Your goal: 2-3x output in 6-9 months. You’ll solve operational challenges, hire a support team, and guide the company through significant growth.

chemical manufacturing type process using distillation, extraction, presses, etc. The manufacturing space is 2 years old so most of the equipment is practically brand new. They will be running 24/7 by the end of this year.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• B.S. in Engineering
• 15+ years of experience with proven plant management success, including 24/7 manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership track record
• Passion for building and scaling operations
