Job Description

This position is tasked with the efficient, safe, and environmentally correct operation and growth of the Conyers, GA facility. The incumbent is expected to develop and implement new programs to achieve higher quality and productivity in the safest workplace and be the Corporation's representative to direct and achieve our Vision in the Admixture Plant by cultivating an environment of confidence and trust.

Qualifications

We Need Your Skills :

• Must be a well-educated manufacturing leader who is capable of pushing forward the necessary strategies and programs to increase quality, productivity and customer service.

• This person must possess excellent communication skills, which are characterized by sincerity, persuasiveness and clarity of thought.

• Incumbent must have strong interpersonal skills reflecting leadership, sensitivity and the demonstrated desire and ability to foster teamwork focusing on positive cooperative communication.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years Manufacturing Management experience.

• Experience managing production personnel

• Strong leader who manages fairly and consistently when applying rules, policies, and procedures

• Brings a positive attitude to the organization

• Humility - Leads from a strong position yet checks their ego at the door, and nurtures a culture of listening and respect for all.
