Plant Manager

Note: Client is looking for potential candidate form Agriculture Industry/ Bio waste Management ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Foster a culture that promotes a safe work environment through the development and implementation of safety plans and training; maintain environmental and regulatory compliance standards.

Create an operating cadence (rhythm) that utilizes appropriate tools and incorporates clear communication and accountability for business results.

Drive customer retention and business growth by proactively seeking to understand customer needs and exceeding their expectations. Develop organizational capacity by clearly defining roles, responsibilities, providing feedback, coaching and development for all staff. Deliver expected results through effective project execution, by ensuring appropriate personnel and equipment resources are available for efficient performance Other tasks as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field 6 years of experience in field Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills MA Grade II Municipal or higher wastewater operator's license Possess or obtain within six months of hire OSHA 30 Certification.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Demonstrated strong interpersonal, problem solving and relationship building skills Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and quality Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment Process and Systems oriented Ability to self-manage, direct supervisory and management exp. Strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel including executive management Ability to obtain any necessary state certifications and licenses that are required Maintenance & Technical systems experience including CMMS experience implementation and execution The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team.

They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. The candidate will also have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees. Responsibilities Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule and stock Maintain clean and safe workplace Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources
