Supervises the overall employees, production, safety, and maintenance activities of the aggregate operations at the plantSuccessful completion of high school or GED certificate is required.
Associate Degree in Leadership, Supervision, Engineering or Construction related field preferred.
- 10-15 years of previous experience in aggregates/mining operations is required.
- 5-10 years of supervisory skills are required.
- 3-5 years of plant maintenance required.
- Working knowledge of MSHA required.
- Basic computer skills required. Requires knowledge of hand tools, mechanical aptitude, and operation of heavy equipment.
- Must possess the ability to communicate and to establish and maintain effective and compatible working relationships with supervisor and co-workers. Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions to read, understand and obey all safety rules and regulations, equipment operating instructions and danger notices
