MISSION: Supervises the team and the system of the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance( Molds , Injection equipment, assembly equipment and building) in order to ensure the complete availability of the production equipment respecting safety rules KPI and budget target.


  • Implement, Monitor and improve the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance system in injection, mold, assembly and building

  • Responsible for spare parts flows

  • Manage the purchase orders

  • Manage warehouse (Inventory SAP update and 5S)

  • Manage the external companies linked with the maintenance plan (execution and terms)

  • Responsible for safety standard implementation and follow up (LOTO, lifting devices, mold transport, personal safety linked with the maintenance)

  • Update internal communication board

  • Substitute for the maintenance Technician in case of absenteeism

  • Serve as a key user for the SCOOP system. Train and assess end -users, provide support, enforce good use of the system, help improve the system for the site, and manager impacts on SCOOP by new flows and projects

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc)

  • Lead maintenance team on a daily basis (gives objectives to his team, takes part in the training plan, evaluates the members of his team)

  • Fill in for Maintenance Leader when needed.

  • Monitor the internal maintenance schedules

  • Organize of the maintenance planning in cooperation with the logistic department

  • Insure the accuracy of data collection of maintenance database.

  • Put in place, update and follow and analyses maintenance indicators.

  • Update planning, work instruction, for maintenance

  • Organize training for maintenance team

  • Takes part in the improvement activities (improving energy savings, equipment efficiency, proposing training modules, maintenance costs optimization)

  • Manage the spare parts and consumable

  • Analyze problems and potential issues

  • Drive improvement actions which are under his responsibility

  • In cooperation with industrial teams, participate in new equipment specifications, reception and installation in the plant

  • Participate in action plans to restore regular process

  • Give to the production team assistance and training on devices and equipment

  • Support production team for autonomous maintenance implementation and execution

  • Support production for autonomous maintenance system implementation

  • Update Maintenance system after each activities

  • Help external companies in terms of task organization and execution


  • Dedication to Safety

  • Bachelor's Degree of equivalent experience

  • Management , leadership, problem solving, analytical, project mangement skills

  • Knowledge of TS 16949, ISO 14001 and 18001

  • 5-10 years of Engineering, Maintenance or Production experience in an automated manufacturing environment

Position Summary The Maintenance Technician will maintain all production equipment to support the requirements of Operations. Support the installation, testing, and validation of new production equipment procured to meet the needs of the various production facilities. Perform miscellaneous and routine maintenance on STERIS facilities. Maintain an orderly inventory of parts and tools. Perform basic PLC troubleshooting. Duties * Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manual, semi-automated, and automated production equipment from blueprints, technical manuals, or vendor specifications. Maintenance involves electrical, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics systems. * Recognize and perform machine adjustments to the various machine systems, operational interlocks, sensors, energy systems isolations, and other ancillary inputs to machine controls according to Company safety procedures. Keep others aware of safety issues in work area. * Determine corrective actions based on operational and trouble messages provided by Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) Display Monitors or other similar display panels. Expanded PLC knowledge is preferred for growth. * Maintain certifications for calibrated equipment, maintenance documentation, machine history, and all other appropriate documentation for production equipment. * Assist the engineers with installation, testing, and validation of new production equipment. * Satisfy production work order requests with description of corrective action. * Facility maintenance duties to include, but not limited to: * Routine cleaning of facilities and grounds. Shoveling, applying salt, sweeping, raking, cleaning. * Moving, setup/takedown of furniture and office equipment. Rearrange areas, as needed. * Conduct and record periodic inspections, as scheduled. * Perform minor carpentry, painting, electrical and mechanical tasks. * Work with vendors in a professional manner. * Analyze problems with equipment/systems and perform necessary actions to maintain production capabilities. * Prioritize work requests with assistance and consultation of supervisor to respond appropriately. * Other duties as assigned. Duties - cont'd Education Degree * High School Diploma or GED Required Experience * At least 3 years relevant experience (i.e., automatic packaging equipment, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, and electronics) * Must be able to read/understand blueprints, equipment manuals, and industrial standards * Independent troubleshooting and evaluation of equipment failures necessary * Reading, writing, and basic math skills required. Preferred Experience Associate degree or Certificate in Applied Sciences (i.e., Electronic Engineering Technology, Industrial Computer Technology, Industrial Implementation, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or other relevant coursework) preferred.
