Plant Maintenance Manager
Manages Plant Maintenance activities for Continental Seguin Facility. Responsible for managing plant wide Predictive / Preventative / Corrective maintenance along with ownership of MRO Spare Parts and Seguin's TPM program.
1.Responsible for managing all plant maintenance activities on 24/7 production schedule. Plant maintenance team is split across 4 production schedule shifts along with personnel on 1st shift who work special projects and other support activities.
2.Responsible for developing Predictive Maintenance program to ensure more reliable and robust equipment performance.
3.Responsible for managing Preventive Maintenance program to ensure SAP PM system is accurate and PM jobs are carried out and supported by the PM Technicians and TPM trainers.
4.Responsible for managing Corrective / Breakdown maintenance activities with drive for Permanent Corrective Action utilizing structured problem solving methods.
5.Responsible for reporting Preventive and Corrective maintenance performance to production and plant staff teams. PM OnTime Percentages, MTBF Performance.
6.Responsible for managing SAP MRO systems including system setup with Equipment BOMs and spare part purchasing.
7.Responsible for developing maintenance technicians and support staff through thorough training and hands on coaching.
8.Supports TPM program, Roadmap, Growth, Effectiveness.
9.Provides Simple / Robust lessons learned input for equipment design to achieve highest equipment reliability.
10. Supports activities for OEE, Scrap, Yield and DPMO improvement to support plant performance metrics.
11. Supports Scrap reduction efforts through problem solving and process optimization.
12. Drives Lean Manufacturing Initiatives through basic TPM, Kaizen and Lean methods.
13. Supports Customer Audits and Visits through knowledge and process sharing.
1.Participate in daily production meeting. Report on equipment issues around Safety, Quality and Downtime.
2.Ensure procedures / policies are known and followed.

4.Provide feedback to employees to improve their performance.

Engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) preferred software experience would be beneficial
