Plant Engineer - Food & Beverage

We are a growing Manufacturing Company looking to bring on a Plant Engineer to join our growing team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 3 years of manufacturing experience, with a experience overseeing plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements: 3 years of experience in engineering roles within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project or other project management tools). As well as engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing engineering projects and overseeing plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality projects aligned with organizational goals Optimize production processes, implement new/innovative technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
