Plant Engineer Change Coordinator

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Coordinate level changes on serial life parts in the ECN tool.

• Manage application dates of product modifications according to Engineering Change Procedures.

• Keep up special relationships with program teams.

• Define and assume the logistics conditions necessary for the launch of new programs.

• Ensure that changes are considered in production scheduling and material planning.

• Manage phase out files to reduce the minimum the obsolete stocks and set up the file in a way to obtain their reimbursement by the customer.

Other:

• Follow values established within Being Faurecia. Act with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as with autonomy and accountability.

• Act in accordance with the behaviors as established in Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management.

• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Knowledge / Skills:

• Understanding of engineering changes

• Strong communication skills

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry

• Proficient level of English
