As an Accounting Supervisor, you will provide essential accounting support to our production facility. This role encompasses cost accounting, inventory control, accounts payable, payroll, billing, and financial reporting. You will supervise the maintenance of manufacturing, inventory, and financial ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities: ● Participate in plant management meetings, assist in operations improvement activities, and provide system training and support. ● Protect company assets, ensure compliance with internal auditing and SOX, and oversee general ledger accounts. ● Administer bills of materials, report variances, and maintain accurate inventory records. ● Effectively communicate with staff, manage performance, and develop cross-functional skills. ● This position supervises the accounting team located at the plant, including hiring, training, and performance management. ● The majority of the time is spent in an office setting outside of the production plant. The work environment may include exposure to varying temperatures and loud noise levels. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. ● 5 years of professional accounting experience. ● 2 years of demonstrated team management or project leadership experience. ● Knowledge of accounting software, Microsoft Office, and SAP preferred. ● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ● Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. ● Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.
