Experis Finance seeking a Plant Controller for one of our manufacturing clients, to be based at their facility the Lancaster, PA area. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all the Finance and Accounting aspects of the plant, including General Accounting, Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting, Payroll, Product Pricing & Costing, and Audit. (A more detailed job description is available upon request.)

  • BA from a four-year college or university.

  • 5-7 years of Manufacturing Accounting Experience is required.

  • Prior experience as a Controller or equivalent is highly desirable.

  • Cost Accounting experience is a must-have.

  • Must have strong communications skills and a great work ethic.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Accounting Software and Payroll Systems.
