The Planogram Supervisor is responsible for supporting and executing Company space planning initiatives. Planogram Supervisors are responsible for training and supervising Planogram Analysts with the planning, creating, and managing of planograms for all assigned areas using a space planning software.
Demonstrate ability to improve proficiency with all applications used within the Planogram Department.
Creates, develops and manages space and floor assignments timely and accurately.
Create and maintain planograms that will deliver and maintain adequate levels of inventory to support all sales activity, including regular sales activity as well as more volatile seasonal and promotional sales activity.
Maximize effective use of space in our stores. Increase overall profit by effectively determining appropriate levels space for our stores.
Recognize and use sales and space patterns to efficiently apply planograms to groups of stores with similar sales and space needs.
Assist with store resets as determined by Planogram Management.
Monitor and understand the business impact of seasonality and effectively adapt to changes in business and/or market trends.
Provide quality control support through auditing of developed planograms.
Work closely with and assist in the development of planogram team.
Must be at least 18 years of age and have obtained a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising or related program preferred.
2-3 years minimum of related experience desired.
Knowledge of the Oracle Retail Management System, JDA Space Planning, JDA Floor Planning and IKB is preferred.
