Planogram Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently demonstrate ability to exceed the requirements of the process

  • Own the projects delivered by the offshore team.

  • Mentor and coach the offshore team members.

  • Work with SMA to schedule Knowledge Share WebEx sessions and insure team attendance.

  • Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager.

  • Control Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.

  • Sound knowledge of Resource estimation and capacity management technique

  • Perform QC of each project / Planograms.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Manage work and prioritize deliverables.

  • Flexible in working under changing/challenging work environment.

  • Adhere to company and client project standards and guidelines.

  • Pay high attention to detail across all projects.

  • Easily adaptable to company culture.

  • Knowledge of JDA Space Planning tool.

  • Good working experience on Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Please see below for additional details.? Retirement Plan Analyst The team is part of Clients Retirement Plans and Programs which covers both the US & Puerto Rico. The position is a backfill for an Analyst who left the team. The position is for a Retirement Plan Analyst who is familiar with the day to day operations of a defined contribution retirement plan (401K plan). The team is in the process of converting their vendor over to Fidelity effective January 1, 2020 so there is a lot of additional work as a result of this conversion process. Job Description: * Provide support for the team as they administer & manage the 401K plan for internal employees. Primary Responsibilities: * Review & resolve daily HR indicative plan data errors. Research why they occurred & look at data to correct the errors. * Work w/ retirement vendor via phone & email to assist with error resolution. Effective January 2020, Fidelity will be the new 401K vendor. * Assist in responding to daily plan participant inquiries both internally & externally. Approximately 290,000 people are enrolled in the plan. Participant questions are escalated to the team when the vendor cannot respond. * Assist with escalations that come through the internal HR Shared Service call center via their internal Case System. * Help document internal processes & procedures as they move through the plan conversion to Fidelity. * Assist with new vendor conversion & post Live activities during the hyper care period to ensure everything is going smoothly, & any issues are resolved. Key Skills & Qualifications: * 2-4 years of previous work experience * 401K retirement plan experience – subject matter experience is what is key, not just general benefits experience * Previous experience interacting with an outside vendor such as Fidelity * Retirement Plan Administrator experience (e.g. previous work experience at Fidelity, Xerox, etc.) * Intermediate Excel & Word experience (v-lookups, etc.) * Strong written & verbal communication skills EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
