What you'll do on a typical day:

• Employ contemporary demand planning processes, utilizing tools and applications to deliver reliable projections of forward demand requirements

• Ensure consistent, uniform and thorough execution of forecasting activities

• Assist manager in selecting data that measures performance against established standards and organizational expectations

• Analyze data, formulate conclusions and recommend appropriate actions to meet/exceed performance standards and expectations

• Investigate and resolve urgent or complex systems or scheduling issues by taking or recommending appropriate corrective action

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience

• 2 years of experience with complex demand planning activities

• Working knowledge of statistical methods, mathematical techniques and related analytical tools, including forecasting and projections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment

• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

• APICS certification

• Resource and project management experience

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights

• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time

• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel

• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
