Description:

• Drive, coach, encourage and mentor through inventory control, procurements and production planning teams.

• Develop Kanban processes

• Management of 1,000 + SKU's daily

• Analyze data, drive cost savings and negotiations

• Work with Engineering team on forward planning

• Ability work in a low volume high mix manufacturing environment

• Manage inventory processes, demand planning, production and purchasing

• Acts as the central point of contact for inventory management issues; collaborating with inside sales, outside sales, purchasing, warehouse, and production to solve issues and perform root cause analysis

• 10% domestic travel

• Identify options for solving a problem and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses.
