JOB SUMMARY Provides engineering analysis and technical support to ensure continuing reliable operations of the electric power grid in compliance with NERC Standards, ERCOT Protocols and Market Guides. Provides electrical engineering analysis and technical support for the planning and operation of the electric power system. Implements appropriate system modeling, develops tools and procedures to monitor and control the system, performs system studies, analyzes simulated or actual operating results, develops solutions to current or future system issues, and appropriately reports findings and recommendations.

Performs engineering studies including power flow, voltage security, and/or dynamic stability analysis. Runs appropriate scenarios and input variations to result in robust results, analyzes study accuracy and assigns confidence metrics, helps formulate conclusions and recommendations, prepares reports and presentations. Develops and documents operating plans, procedures and limits that allow the reliable and efficient operation of the system.

Performs and/or reviews performance of resource qualification testing and performance evaluation. Analyzes system control performance and provides tuning and other modifications to maintain reliable operations, including analysis for development of ancillary service requirements and quantities. Assists in the preparation of operations reports for management, NERC, ERCOT, and other entities.

Gathers and analyzes information on operating conditions and events, helps formulate conclusions and improvement recommendations and assists in preparing reports. Supports development and performance of advanced applications for operations, including State Estimator, Voltage Security Analysis, Load and renewables Forecast, Contingency Analysis, Power Flow, and Transient Stability Analysis. Develops and deploys situational awareness and system monitoring applications and tools for operations, management, and external entities.

Assists market participants to update power system dynamic models. EXPERIENCE: Level 3: Requires minimum 3 years related work experience in excess of degree requirements Senior Level:

Requires minimum 5 years related work experience in excess of degree requirements Preferred Work Experience: Experience performing large-scale dynamic stability analyses using power system simulation models (PSSE, TSAT, Powerworld). Experience evaluating and updating power system dynamic models Experience assisting in the development of improvements to transmission planning processes. Experience with transmission analysis projects EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree : Electrical Engineering or related field (Required) or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required CERTIFICATION PE Professional Engineer (Preferred) This position will be physically located in Taylor, TX, just northeast of Austin.

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to join our Finance organization! Working closely with the CFO, Private Equity Partner and Kasasa Executives, the ideal candidate will lead the FP&A team in providing business insights to support the short and long-term business strategy, produce and monitor the annual operating budgets and forecasts, and developing operational models to translate the corporate strategy into results. Responsibilities: This role is a key asset in the future growth and scalability of the company. The Finance organization is instrumental in the creation of the Company's financial forecasts, annual budgeting process, operating plan variances analysis and special projects. S/he provides ongoing financial consulting and strategic support to key internal and external stakeholders including preparation of board presentations, financial diligence materials, executive dashboards, industry/peer group comparisons, modeling of emerging product profitability/ ROI, and other ad hoc projects. This FP&A function acts as the analytical engine of the Company, providing accurate and timely insights to support 'optimal' decision making. The FP&A leader will partner with the Controller to ensure modeling adheres to the Company's application of US GAAP. Job duties: * Develop budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools * Trend analysis/KPI/benchmarking including revenues, cost of sales, expenses, strategic and capital planning, product profitability, bookings/contract backlog * Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causality; * Research, select and implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reporting * Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI across profit lines, participating in such special projects as competitive pricing strategy sessions, commission modeling, new product introduction modeling, product adoption and monetization timelines * Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives * Analyze complex financial information, from a variety of systems, to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management for decision making purposes; synthesize data to distill the message and key assumptions, identifying relevant and non-relevant data, effectively communicating not only the numbers but what they mean * Support cross-functional business leaders with in-depth analysis to efficiently and cost-effectively run their function * Prepare presentations for internal and external parties * Lead and Mentor a growing team of 4 Job Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred * 10+ years experience, preferably in technology or services; Private equity experience a plus * Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint * Working knowledge of Salesforce, Accounting ERP systems; experience with Business Intelligence tools a plus * Strong analytical/modeling skills with high standards of precision * Ability to articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Passion for creative problem solving * A strong leader, highly driven and self-motivated * Knowledge of US GAAP and/or public accounting experience/ Licensed CPA a plus Core competencies/Behaviors: * Business Acumen: Seeks to understand how the business works.
