We are seeking a Planning, Design and Construction Project Coordinator to:
Work in close collaboration with the Planning Design and Construction management and team members.
Track and disseminate project related information such as meeting minutes, action items, and decisions, and providing excellent follow through on assignments.
Aid Planning, Design, and Construction team members with activities related to the procurement of products and services, and maintenance of current inventory.
Assist in scheduling project meetings and preparing materials or presentations
Experience reading building plans also preferred.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to work with and learn a variety of software to help maintain project data.
Ability to travel to all UW Health locations as needed.
Experience in the signage or graphic design industry is preferred.
