Create, publish and manage the execution of a weekly shop floor schedule to meet the forecast demand and targeted safety stock levels of manufactured products.


Review of product demand needs and balance against equipment and labor resources to develop a shift by shift based weekly shop floor schedule. Review of raw material availability vs production needs to insure schedule can be executed Maintenance the ERP system creating and releasing the planned shop orders Work closely with material planners and incoming quality to insure material availability. Manage commercialization of new labeling, pack configurations and product launches

This role will have planning responsibilities managing customer needs against supply capabilities insuring a high level of customer service while staying within inventory targeted ranges. Will work closely with manufacturing, quality and demand planner.

This role requires knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes along ERP systems.


BS in Business or Management Sciences, Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization. Detail oriented with very good organizational skills. Computerized MRP systems, MS office products with emphasis on Excel.

APICS certification preferred
5-10 years of supply chain/manufacturing experience in pharmaceuticals or other process related industry.

VIEW JOBS 8/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-11-15T00:00 COLSA Corporation is seeking candidates for a Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO)/Electronic Warfare (EW) Planner at the Combatant Command (COCOM) level. Will serve as an EW planner/Analyst to the CENTCOM J3 Information Operations (IO) and Sensitive Activities (SA) divisions as a part of the JEMSO Cell (JEMSOC). This position is contingent upon funding. * Assist with the synchronized integration of Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Warfare Support (ES), and Electronic Protection (EP) into current USCENTCOM operations. * Assist in the execution of Electronic Warfare Coordination Authority (EWCA) for current USCENTCOM operations. * Provide technical EW support in the evaluation and coordinated implementation of COCOM EW strategies, plans and policies in support of (ISO) USG and DoD objectives. * Assist with planning, organizing, and integrating the activities of the USCENTCOM JEMSOC and EW Branch. * Prepare EW plans, respond appropriately on behalf of USCENTCOM when required for EW request for information, establish and update USCENTCOM EW policy and classification procedures, draft EW correspondence, memoranda, briefing papers, etc. that are timely, clear, accurate, thorough, and appropriately written and formatted. * Provides EW research to maintain visibility on adversary EW capabilities. * Prepares and presents briefs for senior officials and Government leaders. * Monitors current EW operations and friendly spectrum management and develops courses of action for EW problems and deficiencies. * Collaborates with other COCOMs and each of the Armed Services on developmental studies that envision the appropriate manning, training, and EW platforms to counter future enemy threats. * Produces Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Operation Plans (OPLANs), Operation Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentation Orders (FRAGOs), white papers, and other military documents as required by the government. * Provide onsite EW expertise, by way of analyses, recommendations, and draft products for customer approval in the development of orders, military estimates and briefings for COCOM-level leadership and principal staff. * Assist with development of required EW doctrine and other associated directives. * Individuals shall have comprehensive experience in joint electronic warfare planning. * Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with Host Nation, Other Government Agencies, Contractors and Colleagues. * They shall possess a minimum of five years of experience working with a COCOM or equivalent level staff. Required Experience Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 15 years work related experience or 8 years recent experience directly applicable to electronic warfare. * Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs required. * US Citizenship with a valid, active TS/SCI with SCI eligibility security clearance. * Understanding of the EW process.
