Responsible for supporting the planning, management and completion of resilience projects on a variety of local government business units and civic engagement programs. Works with stakeholders to develop project plans, outreach and integration of resilience approaches into operations. Provides analytic capabilities to improve decision support for upper level management, maintains agile networks of action that strengthen city-wide resilience efforts.

Supports research of existing or potential business systems through interviews, observations and analysis of financials, policies, procedures and needs using approved systems analysis techniques.
Completes resilience projects as directed within schedule and budget.
Communicates opportunities to integrate systems and resources to fulfill project requirements.
Ensures effective internal and external communications and messaging between residents and project team members are maintained.
Coordinates project roles, identifies resource requirements, manages project budgets, meets training needs, defines project deliverables, provides resident satisfaction and reporting structures and ensures quality of projects.
Identifies the technical and policy approach to be used on a given project and manages the system development process.
Acts as the liaison with community leaders, consultants, vendors, outside agencies, etc., on assigned projects.
Manages area of responsibility in strict accordance with applicable laws, regulations and established policy, including union agreements, to ensure fair and standardized treatment of employees.
Performs activities and functions of related lower-level personnel.
Performs other related tasks and duties as assigned or required.
