We're currently looking for a Planner: Recovery, Operations and Correspondence to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN.

Leads Nissan Recovery, Operations and Correspondence (ROC) Agents and supports vendor functions to achieve corporate profitability objectives. Primary liaison to Consumer Affairs (CA), NNA Legal, and Dispute Resolution Team (DRT) agents. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to drive effective customer service via NNA goodwill program initiatives. Monitors support agent performance, identifies opportunities, and recommends program and process improvements.

Must be reliable and dedicated, effective in team and relationship building, and interested in self-development and professional growth.

Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Job Functions

  • Responsible for supervision of ROC Agents and CA support activities, including Correspondence, Sales Tax recovery, Goodwill Audit, and Document Collection.

  • Provides agent feedback, process improvement direction, and coordinates calibration meetings with CA supervisory agents.

  • Working knowledge of Sales Tax Recovery in regards to state allowances.

  • Supervise collection for submission of mandatory state documents for recovery.

  • Provide vendor support, feedback and process improvement strategies from conception to implementation Supervise the processing of all outgoing and incoming correspondence to include "white mail," attorney and consumer support agencies.

  • Ensure all audit processes are in compliance for Consumer Affairs and DRT Goodwill tools, ECW's, VPP's, SC's and VSC's.

  • Perform Secondary Marketing Management (SMM) tasks on a daily basis for CBB vehicles.

  • Maintains accounting transactions for Consumer Affairs, Legal and Dispute Resolution teams which can include stop payments, voided checks, check traces and bank deposits.

  • Works with NNA Accounting to reconcile accounts, review, investigate and correct errors.

  • Conducts presentations to upper Management on ROC team actions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Job Knowledge and Skill:

Intermediate computer systems knowledge, strong analytical ability, strong verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills to effectively interface with internal and external departments. Independent decision-making and strategic thinking. Must be able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in supervisory, vendor management and financial institution processes.

  • Experience:

Three to Five or more years directly related to customer handling, call center, customer escalation processes, vendor management, project planning and project management experience. Supervisory experience of two or more years in a work leader role coordinating the work of other employees is required. Field experience is an asset.

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

  • Computer Skills:

Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Professional Suite with emphasis in Excel. Salesforce content management systems and Nissan Host programs. Intermediate knowledge of Data management in maintaining integrity, formatting and processing of data within a CRM tool environment. Basic knowledge of Systems applications and Products software (SAP).
