Monitors ingestion of production files for Scholastic products that are provided to Scholastic's Digital Asset Management system. Meet all schedule, quality and confidentiality requirements.
Work directly with internal Scholastic Business Units and outside vendors to ensure that pre-production and post-production files are correctly provided to Scholastic's Digital Asset Management system for archival ingestion, per Scholastic's file requirements.
Identify and resolve files issues with Business Units and vendors on a daily basis.
Provide weekly status reports to Manager on key aspects of file ingestion.
Track and communicate DAM system issues as well as common Business Unit and vendor difficulties to share with Manager and eCMS Team.
Create and implement a strategy to improve the integrity of the files that are ingested into the archive system and used globally by Scholastic subsidiaries and others.
