BASIC FUNCTION (the primary purpose of this position):

Provide Million $ Service to guests of The Mill Casino Hotel food outlets.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote a clean, safe, healthy and friendly work environment for employees and guests; report and direct safety issues to Safety Committee.

• Greet guests in a professional manner with knowledge of both food and beverage menus and transport both food and beverages to them, using tray service at all times.

• Responsible for bussing tables, using tray service, and for setting tables between seatings.

• Required to complete all assigned daily side work, which varies from stocking stations with all required items to cleaning.

• Must be available to work primary shift and some shifts outside normal schedule as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (objective educational or technical training required; skills; and years of experience):

• Prior food service experience required.

• Must have ability to obtain valid OLCC and food handler permit

• Ability to answer telephone with proper etiquette.

• Must meet health and sanitation standards at all times.

• Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free work place policies.
