Accountable for preparing the most complex compliance testing across all segments including managing the largest Institutional client tests.
Meet or exceed required production and quality standards defined for this role.
Analyze & interpret unique plan designs to effectively translate the impact those provisions have on complex testing to ensure accurate results.
Consult and negotiate with internal partners on timing and/or solutions for individual client tests.
Analyze conditions thoroughly to reach wise independent decisions.
Lead discussions with clients, Sales reps, Advisors, CPA's, and or attorneys as you find the need to learn more to ensure the tests you are preparing areaccurate.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of plan design and IRS requirements as they relate to compliance testing related issues.
Responsible for advancing team strategies with confidence while developing team momentum, enthusiasm and pride.
Represent the team on projects with potential to become the project lead as needed.
Innovate using creative thinking to aggressively identify ways to move the team forward to ensure long term success forthe team, , our clients, and for RIS.
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required
4+ years of relevant financial services experience preferred with strong preference for retirement plan operations or client facing interaction experience.
Proven excellence with written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving, decision making, organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Demonstrates a strong power of analytical reasoning.
Proven track record of innovating for future success and is committed to continuous innovation.
Advanced PC skills including using WORD, EXCEL, and RIS Systems.
Ability to comprehend and apply plan and contract document provisions..
