Duties of the position focus primarily on plaintiff personal injury cases on behalf of injured individuals including typing letters, communicating with clients and insurance companies, ordering and indexing medical records, assisting with discovery and pleadings, filing, deposition and trial preparation, and more. Requirements: At least 2 years in a law firm handling plaintiff personal injury cases, including catastrophic loss cases.
