PKS Production Supervisor is an exempt, supervisory role that reports to the PKS Production Manager and VP of Engineering. The PKS Production Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing production operations, maintaining the quality of the products, and supervising employees and organizing workflows for all shifts at the North Andover Facility.
Supervise shift operation of manufacturing and packaging lines.
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results on shift production summaries.
Support continuous quality improvement programs that minimize variability and maximize output.
Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Act as back-up to PKS Production Manager when needed.
Record and analyze daily production with VP of Engineering.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
5 years experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
High School Diploma.
Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
Organizational and leadership abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Skilled with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field.
Cleanroom Manufacturing Knowledge.
Bilingual English and Spanish.
Able to remain stationary for an extended period of time.
Operates a computer, other office equipment and production equipment.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about the inside of the facility to coordinate with production staff regarding production schedule changes.
Must visually inspect production equipment to ensure the equipment is operating within product specifications.
The person in this position frequently communicates with employees who have inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
