Link Solutions is seeking a PKI Service Desk Technician to join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Swing-Shift (shift info below)

  • Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

As a PKI Service Desk Technician, you'll be crucial in providing technical and system support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Center at Fort Huachuca. Your responsibilities will span across various teams and involve collaborating with high-level managers. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Design and Management:

  • Lead the design, management, and maintenance of assets.

  • Track asset deployment and implementation.

  • Troubleshoot and provide support for the workforce environment.

  • CAC/PKI and RA/LRA Functions:

  • Handle functions related to Common Access Card (CAC) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

  • Manage the creation, revocation, suspension, and issuance of NIPRNET Alternate Smart Card Logon (ASCL), SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces network tokens.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide maintenance and support for all Enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology.

  • Assist end-users with certificate-related issues.

  • Administer the PKI certificate lifecycle for various applications and solutions.

  • Provide End-user certificate support for certificates.

  • Maintain a key service of PKI systems.

  • Support certificate requests, escalating to senior members as needed

  • Maintain, support, and troubleshoot PKI systems.

  • Participate in projects to deploy new PKI applications and services.

  • Implement changes to the PKI infrastructure and change control policies and procedures.
