Entry Level position exposed to both Maintenance and Operations.
Maintain and adhere to required Company Trainings, Company Policies, and Procedures
Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements, (OSHA, DOT, and etc.)
document required regulatory activities.
Perform Right of Way Maintenance activities.
Conduct line patrols.
Perform upkeep and replacement of pipeline valves, actuators, and pumps preferred
Knowledge of liquid handling equipment, pigging facilities preferred
Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Educational & Special Training Required
High school diploma or GED
Good mechanical aptitude
Effective written & verbal communication
Ability to respond to emergency call-outs within one hour of call
On call for areas of responsibilities on a rotating basis
Live within a 60 mile radius of reporting location
Up to 2 years of general experience in the oil/gas industry
Experience working on same/similar equipment and duties (gas plant/processing and/or pipeline field operations environment).
Proficient computer and Microsoft office skills
Dynamic, fast-paced, demanding environment
Work outside in all types of inclement weather
Must have a good driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to drive for long periods of time over a vast region and an uneven terrain
Repetitively standing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and twisting for long periods of time
Climb ladders up to 25 feet
Ability to use torque wrench and hand tools (20-600 lbs. of force)
Walk on uneven terrain
Work in hot/cold temperature extremes for long periods of time
