Overview TRC is seeking highly motivated and diverse Pipeline Engineer Interns for our Summer 2024 intern program out of our Indianapolis, IN or Pittsburgh, PA regions. Anticipated duration will be from June through August 2024 (flexible). This position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role upon graduation.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders and partner with engineers, scientists, and technologists. Responsibilities Projects are natural gas pipeline related. Assist engineers with cost estimating, review of engineering drawings, and other miscellaneous tasks.

If field visits are identified as needed, candidate will accompany an experienced engineer, have safety training, and wear company provided PPE. Support various project tasks including regulatory requirements/review estimates, research, procurement support, etc. Perform data entry, data management, data evaluation, and data presentation Support the preparation of reports, plans and specifications for client Will be supported by leaders, mentors and teammates Perform other related duties and responsibilities as necessary Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum GPA of 3.0 Basic experience with AutoCAD Must take initiative and communicate with a remote team Open to field work as needed Has excellent verbal and written communication skills Possesses solid technical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, detail oriented person Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn and grow Basic experience with BlueBeam is preferred but not required EEO Statement TRC is an equal opportunity employer: disability/veteran.
