Pipefitter Helper

We are looking to add a hardworking and motivated Pipefitter Helper to assist our pipefitting team and support the successful completion of our projects. Job Summary: As a Pipefitter Helper , you will work alongside experienced pipefitters to assist in the installation, assembly, maintenance, and repair of piping systems.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in the mechanical industry, with room to grow and develop your skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist pipefitters in installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems.

Measure and cut pipes to specified lengths using various hand and power tools. Help in assembling and installing pipes, fittings, and related equipment according to blueprints and specifications. Transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Assist in testing pipe systems for leaks and ensuring proper functioning. Follow directions from senior pipefitters and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications: Previous experience in construction, plumbing, or mechanical work is a plus but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn the trade. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions. Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team. Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction and pipefitting environments.
