Position: Pipe Foreman - Industrial

Reports To: General Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager

Location: Lewiston, ID

Position Overview: Loenbro is in search of experienced Pipe Foreman responsible for planning, scheduling, estimating and management of construction projects. Will need to manage subordinates and coordinate activities of workers.

The ideal candidate should possess an unwavering commitment to safety, strong personal initiative, excellent planning and problem-solving capabilities, and effective interpersonal skills. Loenbro is a progressive growing company looking for individuals who are wanting to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Supervise daily work of employees

• Verifies conformance of finished work product

• Ensures that all employees within the job receive proper training to operate machines they will be using

• Responsible for the successful completion of all activities

• Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest level of safety

• Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs

• Consult with upper management to ensure all work procedures and constructability issues are resolved with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and designers

• Evaluate construction methods, determine cost-effectiveness, and discuss any concerns with Project Manager

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years as a Foreman in the Industrial construction industry.

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred

• Construction background

• Ability to meet fast-paced, changing schedules and priorities

• Strong awareness of industry recommended practices, OSHA requirements, equipment, and QA/QC

• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects proficiency

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to travel
