During this six-week long experience, you'll have the opportunity to foster business relationships with Deloitte professionals and acquire soft skills that can help you succeed in the modern workplace and global marketplace.

The Pioneer Internship is open to all eligible freshman students. Work you'll do

As a Pioneer intern, you'll gain business experience through hands-on learning and projects. During the internship, you'll have the opportunity to build foundational knowledge, learn to articulate your ideas clearly, and develop strong relationships through training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback.

How you'll grow

Our Pioneer Program's immersive workshops and networking opportunities provide a view into the technical skills, professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets to help you succeed as a business professional. Guided by coaches and mentors who can help you to learn more about Deloitte and opportunities, you'll gain real-world experience working on meaningful projects. Beyond this exposure to real life projects, the program also delivers a variety of national and local learning and networking events.   • Pursing a Bachelor degree in a business, accounting, technology or related field (freshman standing)

  • Strong academic credentials (expected minimum GPA of a 3.3 at the end of the academic year)

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; adaptive to change, creativity & self-confidence; leadership qualities; team-oriented and collaborative

  • Immigration sponsorship is available for Deloitte & Touche LLP Audit applicants and Deloitte Tax LLP applicants; limited immigration sponsorship may be available for applicants to the Risk & Financial Advisory practice ("Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory" means Deloitte & Touche LLP, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP, or its affiliate, Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP).

During the internship program, you'll meet and work with many talented Deloitte professionals whom work in various areas of business. You will also have an opportunity to spend one week working side by side with professionals from practice areas such as, Audit, Tax, and Advisory.
