Responsibilities

Provide support to all of Spirit's aircrafts by distributing and ensuring that all flight deck onboard manuals, written procedures, International Documents, and charts comply with the FAA regulations; and to work closely with Flight Operations Bases Administration by providing Crew with the necessary, current information and tools to aid their job performance.

  • Coordinate with other bases the distribution of aircraft manuals, documents, and charts. Required to carry heavy binders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assign and track timely follow up on delays and DOT complaints for all crew bases.

  • Create tracking sheets for new supervisors for attendance, reliability, and compliance checks.

  • Receive and distribute important company notifications for air crews such as pilots master records, pay reports, copy of training records, and discrepancy reports.

  • Post visual display and status on board.

  • Assist the Drug and Alcohol Department by issuing random tests to Pilots.

  • Must be able to effectively manage high stress situations.

  • Provide Crew with regulatory company paid parking, establish quick solutions for parking issues, and manage pilots' company parking accounts and invoices.

  • Maintain knowledge to provide Crew with regulatory uniform issuance allotted items.

  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate. (e.g. emergencies, change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments.)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

  • 1-3 years experience required.

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as a thorough knowledge of Citrix.

  • Ability to utilize all available technology to create, edit and maintain all necessary information.

  • An intermediate understanding of all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and how they apply to our daily operations.

  • Advanced understanding of Company policies/procedures as well as the Inflight and Flight Ops Performance Management Policy.

  • Must be able to display the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment at all times.

  • Ability to interact with crewmembers, fellow supervisors, and management in a positive and constructive manner.

  • Adapt to various work schedules and times.

  • Must be able to adjust thought processes to coincide with the growth and development of the industry, as well as the company.

  • Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

  • Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
