Pickleball Tennis And Golf Instructor - West Los Angeles

TGA believes that Sports Change Lives, and we do so by making them available to all students through after-school enrichment programs at schools and community centers before transitioning students to camps, leagues, and family events at golf courses, tennis courts, and community fields.

We are currently looking for part-time youth sports coaches in the Los Angeles area. The ideal team member will have experience working in Golf and/or Tennis.

This job is perfect for part-time workers, retirees, high school and college students, stay-at-home parents, nanny, teachers, and anyone else with a flexible schedule who have a passion for sports, love working with young children, and wants to give back to their community!

TGA Premier Sports combines athletics, academics, and life lessons to create fun and engaging youth programs. We incorporate station-based athletic skill development activities and STEAM subjects to explore educational concepts through sports.

Schedules will vary but class times will typically fall between Monday-Friday: 2pm- 6pm (Depending on the location you live)

Weekend Classes for Additional Hours: 9am- 1pm

Compensation: Starting rate $18 an hour ($25 an hour upon completion of coach test). Higher rates up to $35 will be reviewed in relation to experience.

Requirements

• Must be enthusiastic and have a passion for sports!
• Must have reliable transportation as all programs are run at local schools and parks.
• Must have a reliable form of communication.
• Must be punctual (classes are held after school in the afternoons and children are counting on you)
• Experience working with and coaching children is a plus
• Previous sports instruction experience is not required but we recommend a passion for sports; TGA provides curriculum training.

Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions. Legal exemptions include but are not limited to, medical condition, disability or sincerely-held religious belief; some regions may require full vaccination upon hiring due to state specific mandates. Proof of vaccination in those states will be required, and will be requested in the other regions.
